Mrs. Reiley said she would have the children paint a backdrop. She is a gem. We do need a donation of a large, clean (at least on one side)drop cloth. I heard suggestions of grass, maybe flower balloons... Please keep ion mind that we need a lot of the stage for dancing so the set will be placed in a horseshoe around the back where the black curtain is hanging.

Did someone donate the drop cloth? I don't have one but would certainly donate money to purchase one.. We could take up a collection at the meeting on Thursday

Noone has donated a drop cloth. I don't think anyone has one. Great idea about the donations on thursday! Also, I am going to need to have some little platforms built and painted green. We need them for the Scarecrows, weeds, and lawn ornaments. ANy volunteers?

Let me ask you more about the platforms tomorrow. Beck's granfather has a nice woodworking shop - maybe he could make something...

SOS!! We need help with constructing the platforms!! Dr. ZImmerman's FAther-in-law is swamped at work and can not do them all. Please let us know if you can help.

I know that Vince (Joseph's dad) will gladly assist with wood or construction of platforms, etc. but he's been out of town this week. After Sunday, please let me know what remains to be constructed. Thanks!
